Target: 5,000 GH users + SA–GH corridor live
Year 2Scale & Rwanda

Phase 3: Rwanda + 50k Users 🇷🇼

Rwanda via BoG–BNR licence passport (signed Feb 2025). Supabase read replicas at 50k+ users. Direct GHIPSS GIP connection. GhQR merchant payments.

Target: 50,000 users across SA, GH, RW · Profitable core
Year 3Nigeria + Continental

Phase 4: Nigeria & PAPSS Scale 🇳🇬

CBN sandbox → PSB or MMO licence. PAPSS integration for ECOWAS reach. React Native mobile app. 250,000+ users target.
